OUR SERVICES:

Ucombo.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Service. Ucombo.com shall have the right to remove any material and music that in its sole opinion, violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this Agreement.

11. All users are solely responsible for the content of the information they post in the public areas on our site.

12. Ucombo.com reserves the right, in its sole opinion, to modify or delete postings by users that are considered to be inappropriate, invalid, unsuitable to the company's services and the Ucombo online community.

13. Ucombo reserves the right to delete files and contents that violates the Ucombo copyright policy in its sole discretion.

USER CONDUCT:

1. Share your membership or contact information with any other person or disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

6. If you use the Ucombo Embeddable Music Player on your website, you must include a prominent link back to the Ucombo website and you may not modify the Embeddable Music Player in any way.

USER SUBMITTED CONTENTS

1. Ucombo does not claim any ownership rights in any information, music, data, files, programs, images, concepts, communications, and any other materials you post, store, or exchange through the Site or Service; you continue to retain all ownership rights in such User Content. Ucombo does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submitted Contents.

2. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content Submissions. You will also be solely responsible for the consequences of posting or publishing contents. By submitting contents including text, image, and music, you warrant that you have the necessary licenses, copyrights, consents, and permissions to use. You grant Ucombo.com and the Ucombo users an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive, fully sub licensable, worldwide license to publicly use, copy, perform, display, stream, and distribute such content and to incorporate and collaborate into other works and, such User Submitted Contents on Ucombo.com.

5. You warrant that you shall not post or submit copyrighted contents. Such contents shall be subject to removal by Ucombo.com, in its sole discretion.

USE OF THE SITE

1. User Submitted Contents including music, image, and text are owned by the original owners. Content owners grant Ucombo an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive, fully sub licensable, worldwide license to display, use, and distribute User Submitted Contents. The User Submitted Contents on Ucombo.com are solely for personal use and streaming.

2. Content Owners may grant you a worldwide, royalty free, and transferable license to download user Submitted Music Contents for personal use, you may NOT use, download, stream, copy the User Submitted Contents on Ucombo.com for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the contents owners.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
