Wall and Bed

Description:
If I could be your wall (Upright and sturdy as all good walls are) Could you become my bed (Quilted and pillowed as all fine beds should be) Or I could be a tree (Wide leaved and shady as most great trees are) and you could be my rain (Gentle and cleansing as the best storms can be) But a wall I am not (My stature is wide, but much less stable) and you are not my bed (though stories are told about lying with you) Plus I am not a tree (I have yet to die don't throw me as ash) and you don't cry like rain (We don't want deserts, but I can't stand you pained) So as wall and tree I (with your approval) will stand up for you if you could assist me by tucking me in and filling dry glasses
