How does the downloading work?
It's the same like any online paypal purchase. You add the item to the cart and pay by payal. You do NOT need a paypal account for the purchase. Paypal accepts credit cards and echeck.

When do I receive the music after I make a paypal payment?
An automatic email confirming the order with the download link will be sent to you. If you paid by credit card on paypal, the email will be sent to you immediately. Please copy and paste the link to your browser and save the file onto your computer. The email will have a subject line like this: "Ucombo artist MP3 download confirmation". If you don't receive the email, please check your spam/bulk/junk box.

What do I do if I forgot the save the file onto my computer the first time?
Please email the artist directly by replying to the download email. The artist can generate another link and email it to you. Important Note: The hand generated link will work only once.

Do I need to be an Ucombo member to order music?
No. But you're welcomed to become an Ucombo member to enjoy features such as voting and communicating with the artists.

Can I pay by echeck on paypal?
Yes. But it takes paypal up to 5 days to process the payment which will delay your download by 5 days.

If I need help opening the music or I have questions about the music, what do I do?
You can contact the artist directly by simply replying to the download email.

If there's a dispute over the quality of the MP3 files and I want a refund, who do I contact?
First, please try to resolve it directly with the artist. For refund, please contact Paypal directly.

I see some songs are free to download.
Yes, some songs are free to download. It's up to the artists.

I can't open the download link.
Please email the artist. He/she can email you a copy of the MP3 file directly. Please mention your paypal Receipt Number.
