MP3 format

What's the best format to upload?
Currently we support MP3 files.

What's the maximum music file size?
Currently we support up to 50MB music files

I have my music saved in a format that's not MP3, what do I do?
Simply convert your file to MP3 by using third party software. Most of the software can be downloaded for a small fee or free. You can also convert online on Media Convert.

My file is over 50MB, what do I do?
Simply download a compressor to compress the file. We suggest that you use MP3 compressors.

I did the above, but it still shows an error when I upload.
Please keep your MP3 file name simple and short. Avoid naming your file with characters such as ( ) ' " & ® © Á Ö * % or spaces.

I received comments from other users about my music, how do I reply?
You can reply right below the comment, or you can send a private message to the commentator if you do not wish to show your replies to the public. To send a private message, simply login and go to the "Message Box".

I do not wish to receive comments or ratings about my music.
Simply opt out the rating and commenting options when you upload the music.
